March 21st is designated as Rosie the Riveter Day. It is a day to honor the legacy of those women who supported the war effort and pushed for continued equity for women in nontraditional jobs. Celebrate these amazing women by joining us at the Library for a presentation about the importance of Rosie during World War II, and how she changed popular culture at the time. Presented by The American Rosie the Riveter Association (ARRA) Michigan Willow Run Chapter. Registration is required.
