Self defense begins with the belief that your are worth defending . . . and YOU are WORTH defending! In this special 2-hour free seminar, you will get a brief orientation on the history of BJJ and then you will learn several techniques from Women Empowered, the world’s leading beginner BJJ program for women.
This event is being offered at the Rosemount Certified Training Center location. Although no experience is necessary, the event often reaches capacity so pre-registration is strongly recommended. This event is the safest and most enjoyable way to be introduced to Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, so we really look forward to sharing the mat with you.
