Rose, White & Blue Performances

We are inviting Guild Members to participate in performances at the Rose, White and Blue Festival in the Rose Garden area of San Jose on July 4!
We will have our Gilded Raqs Chill Oasis space – a booth decorated with curtains, pillows, chairs and rugs. Guild Members who've performed at this event previously created a similar area where event-goers seeking shade and a seat could relax. We can perform in front of our space, similar to our South First Fridays space last year.
Additionally, we might have time for a performance on the official “stage” (the area in front of a church on The Alameda).
By June 28th, we'll have all the details... but given the short timeframe, we wanted to get the word out now.
Any dancer (or musician) who is a current Member of The Belly Dance Guild is welcome to join us. Performers will need to either arrive by 9am to help with the booth set-up, OR commit to stay after 2pm for the booth tear-down, packing and transporting items back (you’re welcome to do both!).
The Rose, White and Blue Parade and Festival is a well-loved and well-attended free Fourth of July event held every year in San Jose. You can find more at www.rwbsj.org. We encourage performers to dress in Red, White, and Blue!
