Join us in November for our final show of 2024 when we will be bringing out our inner Goddesses and letting them loose on stage in our Goddesses Hafla! Dancers can interpret the theme as they wish or choose to be ‘off theme’ and dance something more traditional. All dance styles welcome.

The Rose Hafla is a ‘Scottish Bellydance Community’ event open to the general public. ‘Hafla’ means party in Arabic, you will see a variety of dance styles including Egyptian, Tribal, Folkloric and Fusion styles and can always expect the unexpected!

Like other bellydance community events we provide an inclusive and supportive space for dancers to experiment, socialise and have fun.
We have the wonderfully grand venue of ‘The Celebration Hall’ in Bellfield, Portobello.
We love ‘firsts’ and encourage student performances as well as amateur and professional dancers to join us.
Bring your purses 👛 for we also often have a mini-market with different items available. Dancers are welcome to bring pre-loved costumes to sell at the show.
Please bring your own food and drink to enjoy at the show - remember to respect our venue and dancers and please take any glass bottles away with you to be recycled.
Tickets for entry (dancers and audience) are £10 per person and can be purchased through the website at www.rosehafla.com
