Between 4 and 7:00, make your way to the American Legion in Downtown Brainerd
7:30 pm - prizes given away, including the cash prize of $250 if 50 0r fewer participants - $500 to one costumed winner for 51 - 100 participants($400 cash if winner is not in costume)
IF we go over 100 costumed participants a bonus $100 will be given away
Grab your friends (yes, guys can participate too!) - this is going to be a GOOD TIME
