Roots To Blossoms

Roots to Blossoms is a free immersive performance experience weaving together dance, spoken word, music, and film to honor Black legacy, cultural roots, and the enduring resilience of a people who have long used art as a tool for expression, healing, and survival.

Grounded in history and carried through contemporary creative expression, the work explores how artistry transforms adversity into innovation—shaping culture, strengthening community, and preserving identity across generations.

Designed as an interactive experience, Roots to Blossoms invites audiences to engage not only as observers, but as participants in a shared space of reflection, connection, and joy.

This multidisciplinary production celebrates the roots that sustain us while embracing the blossoming power of collective creativity to bring people together.
