Roots of Recovery: Reclaiming Human Connection in the Age Of AI

Join Baltic Street Wellness Solutions for Roots of Recovery 2026, a two-day symposium bringing together leaders, practitioners, peers, and innovators to explore the future of mental health, recovery, and human connection in an increasingly technology-driven world.

As artificial intelligence and automation continue to transform how care, support, and services are delivered, Roots of Recovery 2026 asks an essential question: How do we embrace innovation without losing the human relationships that make recovery possible?

This symposium is grounded in the belief that recovery depends on more than efficiency and technology. It depends on trust, dignity, belonging, mutuality, and meaningful relationships. At a time when loneliness and social isolation are growing concerns across communities, Roots of Recovery will examine how organizations and systems can use innovation responsibly while strengthening—not replacing—the human connections at the center of healing.

Over two days, participants will engage with conversations and ideas focused on:

  • Peer support as a powerful cross-sector strategy
  • Addressing loneliness and social isolation as structural public health challenges
  • Ethical and human-centered uses of artificial intelligence
  • Building sustainable peer leadership and workforce development pathways
  • Creating supervision models that help prevent burnout and protect the integrity of peer roles
  • Strengthening belonging, community, and relationship-centered approaches to recovery
  • Using technology to increase access and efficiency while preserving privacy, dignity, and relational care

Roots of Recovery 2026 will bring together peer leaders, clinicians, educators, workforce and HR professionals, administrators, community partners, and ethical technology stakeholders for meaningful dialogue, learning, networking, and collaboration.

See you there!
