A series created for yogis who want to dive deeper into their understanding of the yoga practice.
Join Mikki Trowbridge and Chantal Barton for a community-focused series that explores the layers and limbs of yoga.
We’ll gather once a month for eight months, following the regular school year of September 2024-April 2025. Our Roots of Practice Series includes three full weekends of practice and discussion, plus six Sunday workshops.
Each month we’ll focus on a different element of yoga - spanning asana-focused explorations, philosophy workshops, inquiries into breath and meditation, collective discussions of sacred texts, and introductions to the subtle body and the nervous system.
