Roots of Healing Wellbeing ~ Part 2

Calling all Muslim women!

Join us for our part 2 of Roots of Healing - a new year's evening curated especially for Muslim women, to experience a sensory evening exploring more of nature's healers. This evening invites you to a sisters space of herbal tasting, guided in narrative listening and winding down in a relfective space. The end of the session will be a space to connect with other likeminded sisters.

At Nature With Nafisa, we curate nature-based experiences to create space for Muslim women to reflect and reconnect — spiritually, physically and communally. Our events are rooted in the belief that nature is not just a backdrop for wellness, but a source of it.

🌱 What we want you to experience:

• A sensory workshop where you’ll experience herbs through touch, scent, taste and storytelling
• An informative space of guided discovery
• Hands on volunteers and baristas to taste a range of teas and Prophetic foods
• A sisterhood-centered space that honours our identities, traditions, and connection to creation with mindfulness in the garden
• We will also give you sample herbs and goody bags to take home with you

This is the second workshop event of its kind and the reason we started this sisters collective - it’s a return to nature’s OGs and the healing they offer us as women.

Come as you are and leave feeling rooted and reconnected.

During the workshop, attendees will be invited to touch, smell, and (optionally) taste natural herbs and ingredients. These are offered as part of a sensory exploration and are not intended as medical advice or treatment.

• Participation in herbal or food sampling is entirely voluntary and at your own discretion.
