This September 16th, Inner Roots Experience becomes Roots in Motion for one night only, a collaboration between conscious movement and intuitive practice. In collaboration with I Heart Vallarta.

Akeisha teaches first, 45 minutos de movimiento consciente guided by over 15 years in contemporary dance experience, showing you how to move with ease and trust before anything else. Then the space opens for you, 45 minutos de Inner Roots Experience held by Veronika Starr, an intimate FlowQi journey that blends music, mindfulness, somatic awareness, and conscious movement, guiada a través de audífonos inalámbricos para ayudarte a desconectar del ruido y sintonizar con lo que está vivo dentro de ti. Each session supports nervous system regulation, emotional release, and a deeper connection with your inner wisdom, in a safe, welcoming, and judgment free space.
