Roots in Motion: Art, Reflection & Stories of Growth
A Free Adult Visual Art Series

Event Description

Join The Creative Movement, Inc. for a 4-week community art series designed to explore creativity, reflection, and personal growth through visual art and guided conversation.

Inspired by themes from Lab Girl by Hope Jahren, this series invites participants to slow down, reflect, and create in a welcoming and community-centered space.

Each Saturday, participants will:

🎨 Engage in guided visual art projects led by a teaching artist
🌱 Explore weekly themes centered on growth, resilience, and self-discovery
🪴 Create meaningful take-home pieces (including a plant-based activity)
✨ Connect with others through creativity and shared experience

This series is designed to support creative expression, mental wellness, and community connection. No prior art experience needed.
