The TEDxKULeuvenBrussels University Event will be held at KU Leuven campus Brussel's Grote Aula. The ticketed program will include 3 inspiring TEDx talks, discussion activity, Q and A, Networking & Drinks!
Experience the inaugural TEDxKULeuvenBrussels University Event, a unique gathering that celebrates the essence of KU Leuven while fostering a vibrant local community of ideas and innovation. This special edition is dedicated to showcasing the voices of our university—faculty, alumni, and other affiliated speakers—through captivating TEDx talks that pay tribute to the spirit and heritage of KU Leuven.

Theme: Roots & Wings
Inspired by the Dalai Lama’s words, “Give the ones you love wings to fly, roots to come back to, and reasons to stay,” our theme explores the delicate balance between honoring tradition and embracing growth. Through engaging stories and transformative ideas, we’ll reflect on how cultural foundations and academic heritage can inspire innovation, creativity, and forward-thinking.

20:15-21:00 --- Discussion and Drinks (Drinks Included with Ticket)

Networking & Discussion:

There will be plenty of time during the discussion and networking block of the evening to meet each other, talk to presenters, discuss the topic and learn more about what's happening with TEDx and other activities and initiatives represented by our speakers. A reflection period for each TEDx talk will also be allocated to ensure your focus and understanding throughout the evening.
