Join us for a fun-filled, hands-on day celebrating pollinators! Dive into interactive activities like seed ball making, arts and crafts, pollinator-themed games, and a guided hike through our scenic preserve. Plus, take home a free sapling and educational materials to support your new plant! Special guest Carla Salas from Two Hives Honey will offer expert insights on ways to best support local pollinators, with presentations at 12:30 PM and 1:30 PM. We will have guided hikes every half hour starting at 12:00 PM.
The Roots & Wings Festival is held throughout the city from Saturday, October 19th -Sunday, November 3rd, and is a community-wide celebration honoring Arbor Day and Monarch Appreciation Day in Austin.
