Roots & Soul is a mindful and sensual dance workshop designed to help you rediscover confidence, presence, and self-expression through movement - guided by Janine Kabir, a Bangladeshi-Australian social worker, commercial dancer, and all-round legend whose work bridges body empowerment, creativity, and cultural identity.

Through a fusion of mindful movement and sensual dance, Janine will guide participants to explore the freedom of their bodies in a safe and supportive space. You’ll learn to move with intention, celebrate your sensuality, and express yourself authentically - free from judgment or comparison.

This isn’t just a dance class - it’s a practice of body autonomy, an invitation to return home to yourself. A place to thank yourself and your body for carrying you through hectic life.

You’ll flow through grounding exercises, reflective moments, and playful sensual sequences that awaken confidence, release inhibition, and reconnect you to joy.

Open to all experience levels - no background in dance needed, just an open heart and a willingness to move.
