The Greater Escarpment Organization of Door County (GEO-DC) announces Roots & Rocks: Exploring Flora of the Niagara Escarpment, an informative presentation on the diverse and stunning plant life in Door County, to be held Thursday, April 3, 6:30 p.m., at the Cook-Albert Fuller Nature Center, 8166 Hwy 57, Bailey’s Harbor. Horticulturist Michael Schneider and ecologist Terrie Cooper will explore the unique plant species and ecosystems that make Door County a botanical treasure and contribute to the area’s stunning landscape in this free program hosted by GEO-DC and The Ridges Sanctuary.
