The plants have always been speaking… are you ready to listen?
Across cultures and traditions, plants have been honoured as more than medicine, they are guides, protectors, and wise spiritual allies. They whisper, they nudge, they appear when we need them most.
In this immersive Roots & Rituals workshop, you will step into relationship with the spirit of plants, learning how to recognise their presence, listen to their guidance, and begin building your own connection with a plant ally.
This is not about herbal remedies or textbook knowledge.
This is about intuition, connection, and remembering an ancient way of relating to the living world.
✨ What you’ll experience:
• Exploration of plants as spiritual beings across shamanic and earth-based traditions
• Guidance on how to listen to and recognise plant wisdom
• Intuitive practices for selecting and connecting with a plant ally
• A gentle, guided meditation to meet a plant spirit
🌿 What you’ll receive:
• Your own dried herb ally to begin working with
• Journaling prompts to deepen your relationship with your plant
🔥 During the workshop:
You will be guided through a meditative journey to meet a plant ally, followed by an intuitive selection process where you will choose a herb that is calling to work with you at this time.
