• Ticket Validity: Tickets are valid only for the specific date stated. Please ensure you have your digital or printed ticket ready on entry.
• No Re-entry: For security purposes, a "no re-entry" policy may be in effect once the evening session has kicked off.
• MOTD: Tickets on the door with have an uplift from online sales.

• Event Windows: Please note the event times. Early arrival is encouraged. Late arrival may result in delayed entry during busy periods.
• Search Policy: The venue reserves the right to conduct bag searches. Prohibited items include outside alcohol, or any items deemed dangerous by security.
• Conduct: Aggressive behavior, foul language, or any form of discrimination will result in immediate ejection without a refund.

• Licensing: Lockwood Studios operates a Full Licensed Bar. We operate a "Challenge 25" policy.
• Outside Food/Drink: No outside food or beverages are permitted inside the venue. Street food and drinks will be available for purchase on-site.
• Responsible Drinking: We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who appears intoxicated.

• Refund Policy: Tickets are generally non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by the organisers. Refunds will be issued minus the booking fee or by issuing a voucher for a future events at the venues discretion.
• Proceeds: All ticket proceeds directly support Lockwood Studios. By purchasing a ticket, you are contributing to our local creative community.
• Media: By attending, you consent to being filmed or photographed for promotional purposes related to Lockwood Studios.
