roots and Release sound bath

🌳🍂 ROOTS & RELEASE 🍂🌳
YOUR INVITATION TO SLOW DOWN
GROUND YOURSELF & LET GO
✨ Saturday, November 7th | 10:00 AM ✨
What if the most powerful thing you could do for yourself this week was simply put something down?
We spend so much of our lives holding on.
Holding on to expectations. Responsibilities. Worries. Old stories. The need to be strong. The pressure to have everything figured out.
But nature has a beautiful way of reminding us that letting go doesn't mean losing ourselves. 🍁
The trees don't question whether they should release their leaves. They trust the changing seasons, knowing their roots remain strong even when their branches become bare.
And perhaps we can learn to do the same.
🌙 This Saturday, we continue our 10-week sound healing journey, Through the Veil & Into the Light, with our second gathering: ROOTS & RELEASE.
This deeply grounding sound bath is dedicated to reconnecting with the earth, finding stability within ourselves, and exploring the gentle art of letting go.
✨ What can you expect?
🌿 Gentle somatic movement to reconnect with your body
🌿 Grounding breathwork to encourage relaxation and presence
🌿 Intentional reflection on what you may be ready to release
🌿 A guided meditation through an ancient autumn forest, connecting with the strength and wisdom of the Rowan tree
🌿 An immersive crystal singing bowl sound bath, offering space for deep rest, reflection, and renewal
There is no pressure to release anything before you're ready.
No expectation to feel a certain way.
No need to arrive with answers.
Just an invitation to rest, reconnect, and remember that you don't have to carry everything alone. 🤎
