Connect deeper to yourself through gently led moving meditation. Become deeply aware of yourself and the sensations arising within you.
From this place of embodiment, we will begin to look at our patterns, programs and beliefs without judgement or shame.
Simply become aware of yourself and gift yourself more autonomy, compassion and understanding.
We will play with movement, breath, sound and emotions, allowing ourselves to root deeper into connection with all things, coming back to the loving awareness and innate intelligence of ourselves.
Every Thursday evening from 6:45-8:15 at Centennial United Church in the hall on the second floor (same room as contact improv). Just bring yourself:)
