Meet me, Isabel, your guide, at the Aspen Vista Picnic Ground Parking Lot. From there, we will head onto the Alamos Vista Trail for a day filled with adventure, discovery, and connection with the natural world. From a guided hike to forest bathing and energy healing, this event offers something for those who are wanting to slow down, experience nature, and come back into their bodies.
