Join us for a peaceful morning in nature as we slow down, move our bodies, connect with one another, and create space to appreciate the beauty of life.

Rooted Walk is an all-women’s wellness experience created by Sweat & Soul Talk for women who want to step away from the noise of everyday life and reconnect through movement, nature, and meaningful connection. Come as you are whether you’re joining us for your first walk or you’ve been part of the Rooted community from the beginning. 🤍

🌈 Honoring Our Pet Angels

Peghorn Nature Park has a beautiful Rainbow Bridge Memorial for beloved pets who have crossed the rainbow bridge. If you’d like to participate in honoring your pet angel, you’re welcome to bring:

• A photo of your pet
• A zip-lock bag or ID/photo holder
• A dog collar

You can attach your pet’s remembrance to the bridge railing as a way to honor and remember them. 🤍🐾

A Special Birthday Walk 🤍

This walk also falls on the founder’s birthday weekend, making it especially meaningful. There’s no better way for her to set the tone for a new year of life than by beginning it surrounded by peaceful energy, nature, gratitude, and beautiful souls who believe in the power of connection.
