Join Dr. Ellyn Halley (D.C., Doula) and Meghan Tomlinson (Doula) as they facilitate a comprehensive childbirth education covering the perinatal period. Whether this is your first or fifth birth, this class will provide opportunities for continued education and community connection with other women in the Coulee Region. This workshop will cover exercise, nutrition, birth, postpartum, mental health, and community support.Cost: $140 (includes one spot for the mother + one spot for support person)
