Last year, Rooted Rituals planted its first roots.
What unfolded was more than a dancefloor. It was a reminder that the psychedelic underground in Gauteng is still alive, still hungry, still connected, and still capable of creating something powerful when the right people, the right sound, and the right energy come together.
Liquid Hive brings its own frequency into this next chapter. With a passion for journey music and seamless psychedelic storytelling, Liquid Hive has been curating dancefloor experiences from Vietnam to JHB and KZN that move with intention, flow, and feeling. A sound built on progression, connection and flow.
Now, the next chapter begins.
Bushdoof Productions joins forces with Liquid Hive, and alongside the psychedelic force of ZuluTunes, to bring you Rooted Rituals V2.
A three-day immersion into sound, art, nature, community, and higher frequencies.
This is not just the return of a party.
This is the return to our roots.
For three days, we gather in the mountains of Magaliesburg to celebrate the music that moves us deeper.
Expect a carefully selected lineup featuring some of South Africa’s strongest psychedelic talent, including artists you do not often see on Gauteng lineups.
Sounds that travel from the roots of the underground to the outer edges of the mind. Music with feeling. Music with purpose.
We are not coming back smaller.
We are not taking it easy.
We are expanding the vision for Gauteng.
