Join us the morning after Valentine’s Day to come into presence, creativity, and intentional slowing down with this special Self Love Meditation & Flower Bouquet Making Workshop, a collaborative experience with .

The event begins with The Max Meditation System™ designed to help you slow down, reset, and arrive more fully in the moment. No prior meditation experience is needed. This is a simple, accessible practice focused on relaxation and presence.

After the meditation, you’ll create your own custom flower bouquet using fresh blooms provided by Variegated Roots. You’ll receive light guidance on arranging flowers, but the experience is intentionally designed to be fun and creative!

All materials are provided, and you’ll leave with your finished bouquet to take home.

This event is open to all. Come solo, with a partner, or with a friend.
