Join us for Rooted in Rhythm, a free two-part community dance and movement experience designed to reconnect body, mind, and spirit through rhythm, culture, and joy.
This event blends African-inspired movement, modern dance, and mindfulness to celebrate wellness through expression and connection.
Whether you’re a seasoned dancer or stepping into movement for the first time, this experience welcomes all ages, all levels, all abilities.

Neighborhood Empowerment Initiative (NEI) is a Detroit-based nonprofit cultivating healing, empowerment, and connection through wellness and cultural programming.
