About this Event
Join us for Rooted in Resilience: A Symposium on Mental Health and Healing to a Strong Foundation. This event is focused on exploring how individuals and communities develop the inner strength to overcome adversity—grounded in the belief that resilience is not just a response, but a cultivated mindset forged through challenge and healing. The symposium uplifts diverse perspectives and fosters deep dialogue around what it truly means to be rooted in resilience—to grow, recover, and lead with strength from within.
Audience
Community members, students (13+), parents, young adults, educators, mental health providers, advocates, and leaders.
Registration and Session Check-in
When you register though Eventbrite, you will be able to access session "tickets" through the Eventbrite app, and add them to the e-wallet on your phone or print them. Please have them available when you attend the symposium as we will check you into your registered sessions this way.
