A grounding sound bath to reconnect you with the wisdom of your body, your breath, and your heart.

As the moon wanes and invites gentle reflection, this session offers you space to slow down, soften, and land fully in yourself. We’ll work with the Root chakra to reawaken your sense of safety, stillness, and belonging — while the Heart chakra opens you to receive and radiate love with tenderness and ease.
