Begin your journey with a short introduction of our plant collection, each selected for its air-purifying and stress-reducing properties. This introduction sets the stage for a night where flora and breath combine to create a grounding experience.
Breathwork and Sound Healing: The evening unfolds with a session of controlled breathwork led by our skilled facilitator, designed to stabilize your body and mind and prepare you for the sound journey. As you find your rhythmic breathing, the room will fill with the resonant sounds of Tibetan singing bowls, crystal singing bowls, crystal pyramind, and gentle chimes, each note crafted to bring your energy centers into alignment.
Reflective Closing: As the sound bath concludes, guests will be invited to participate in a reflective closing circle where you can share your experiences and insights. This is a moment to internalize the journey, connect with fellow participants, and carry forward the peace and love cultivated during the session.
Special Features: Each participant will receive a 15% discount towards any plants that are purchased the night of the event. Emily will answer all of your questions to align you with the plants that best fit your environment at your home or office. You will also receive care instructions for each plant that you take home.
