About this Event
Are you ready to take a moment for yourself and reconnect with nature? Join us at Rooted in Community, a nurturing self-care group designed to help you unwind, learn, and grow in community. In this peaceful space, we’ll explore the world of medicinal herbs, discover their healing properties, and learn how to prepare our own custom tea blends to support our well-being.
Whether you're new to the world of herbal remedies or already have some experience, this group is a welcoming space for all. Together, we'll relax, share stories, and dive into the calming practice of making tea. By the end of this session, you’ll have your own hand-crafted tea blend to take home and enjoy, along with new knowledge to incorporate into your self-care routine.
Come root yourself in the healing power of nature and community—Rooted in Community is about connection, relaxation, and nourishing both your body and soul. We can’t wait to welcome you into this supportive, peaceful space!
