Mickey will lead our discussion with a presentation about how to grow and process elderberries, along with how the Heartland American Elderberry Collaborative envisions helping farmers in the future.

The Non Trad Ag Coffee Talk is a Farmer-to-Farmer series which occurs every third Thursday of the month from 8:30-10 AM at Casa Somerset Bed and Breakfast, 16315 W 287th St, Paola, KS.
These informal coffee talks cover topics that are relevant to small/medium scale, non-traditional producers and folks involved in conservation and supporting the local/regional food system.
