Rooted in Being: Releasing Fear, Reclaiming Self, and Finding Solid Ground

As we approach the full moon, a powerful time for release and renewal, this workshop invites you to ground, release fear, and reclaim your right to be here as you are. If you’re feeling disconnected from your body, weighed down by insecurity, or seeking a deeper sense of stability, this is a sacred opportunity to let go of what holds you back so you can find solid ground.

Rooted in the wisdom of the Root Chakra, we’ll explore themes of stability, safety, and embodiment. Through somatic practices and reflection, we’ll connect with the Earth element to release fears and insecurities that prevent us from being fully present in our lives. Together, we’ll work toward inner stability as well as feeling safe, supported, and whole.

During our time together, you will:

• Connect with the Root Chakra’s energy to restore a sense of security and trust.
• Engage in somatic practices to release fear and tension held in the body.
• Experience grounding exercises that root you in the Earth’s nurturing energy.
• Participate in a sharing circle, a sacred reminder that although we lead unique lives, we all experience different flavors of similar challenges. This allows us to be mirrors to each other.
