This year’s theme highlights the strength, creativity, and determination of young people and the communities who support them. The Forum will bring together young people, practitioners, policymakers, employers, educators, and leaders dedicated to ensuring opportunity youth and young adults have the tools to succeed in work, learning, and life.

Across three days, participants will cultivate connections, share innovative strategies, proven practices, and community-driven solutions, and explore how collective strength, perseverance, and action can drive meaningful, systemic change.
