It's a feeling you haven't been willing to feel. We'll explore why emotions aren't obstacles to avoid. They’re information — sensations to move through. And when we fully feel them, it unlocks the clarity and action waiting on the other side.

An intimate, intentionally small group experience that moves through genuine connection and sharing, guided reflection and somatic awareness, facilitated group discussion, a simple but immediately usable framework for working with emotion instead of against it, a guided visualization to access the clarity already living inside you, and live hot seat coaching.
