Rooted & Rising | CO-ED Gathering Circle
Join us for Rooted & Rising, a co-ed gathering circle where we connect, share, and grow together. In this circle, we create a protected and welcoming space to all who feel called to heal the land, themselves, and the collective.
The theme is to deepen the connection with our authentic body, recognize old patterns no longer serving us, and releasing them into the Universe.
We build community, ground ourselves, and rise up in unity towards one common purpose-FEEL TO HEAL.
There is no pressure or expectations in this circle. You can engage in discussions or simply listen. Space is held specifically for you, to honor you and your journey.
What will be provided for you to borrow courtesy of Terri:

What Do I Need To Bring?
Feel free to bring a blanket, water bottle, and your favorite journal if you have one. However, if you do not own a journal or perhaps feel called to select a new one-a variety of journals will be available to choose from. Water, coffee and hot tea are available on site.
Leave with a quieter mind, a softer body, and the gentle reminder that rest isn't something you have to earn—it's something you deserve.
This experience is offerred on a sliding scale $27-$45 for inclusivity and make holistic care accessible to all.
Due to limited capacity of the venue-There are very limited subsidized tickets available so do not wait to register!

How To Get There:
North of Ordinary Collective is located at 4949 Broadway St Suite #127 Boulder, CO 80304
You will find the studio in the North Boulder Arts District just off of Broadway. You will turn into the parking lot where Wapos Cantina is located and veer to the right. You will see a green industrial building with 4949. You will stay to the right and drive around the back of the building.

Info: A time to pause, unwind, and reflect-this guided journal reflection creates space for you to deepen your understanding of your shadow self and uncover the limiting beliefs holding you back in life. This intentional time is built to release and heal any wounds hidden underneath. Supported by the safety of the host and the unity of the circle.

Sound Bath Journey

Info: A meditative sound bath journey to lie down, relax, breathe, and receive. The host will utilize a variety of instruments to include but not limited to a steel drum, ocean drum and crystal sound bowls. The sound bowls specifically designed for frequency healing of the throat chakra (for communication and self-expression) , third eye chakra (for intuition), and the crown chakra (for spiritual connection).
