Rooted & Rising: A Women’s Day Yoga Flow

Join us for an intimate, empowering 11:30am VinYin experience designed to honor the strength, softness, and becoming of women everywhere.

In this 60-minute all-levels flow, we’ll begin grounded — reconnecting to our breath, our bodies, and the parts of ourselves that may have learned to shrink. Through intentional movement, we’ll build heat with powerful standing sequences like Warrior and Goddess, anchoring into the truth that taking up space is not something we earn — it’s something we embody.

We’ll explore balance as self-trust, heart-opening as courage, and close with restorative integration to honor the woman you are becoming.

This is more than a yoga class.

It’s a collective return.
