R&R. Rest and relaxation. It’s the sweet relief from crushing schoolwork, the break from a demanding job, the space to reset a chaotic life. It’s found in the solitude of the mountains, the adventure of a cross-country road trip, the tranquility of a day at the beach.
Unfortunately, it never lasts forever. And it can be deflating to return to the humdrum after even an ounce of it.

We’re excited to introduce Rooted & Resilient in Christ (R&R)—a new initiative to unite YSA throughout the Carolinas through deeper connection with Jesus Christ and with each other. And this September, you’re invited to be part of it.
We are thrilled to invite you to join us September 11–13 for the first R&R experience—an unforgettable conference on in beautiful, historic Charleston, SC.
This year’s theme, “Look to God and Live,” is a simple but powerful invitation from the Book of Mormon, recently echoed by President Oaks.
Expect inspiring seminars, an evening gala, a beach gathering, experiences in the city, genuine camaraderie, great food—and more. Safe to say, you won’t want to miss this one.
