This 4-week class series supports pregnant and postpartum individuals in buildingstrength, optimizing alignment, and reconnecting with their core and pelvic floor.
Date and Time:
● Start Date: August 18th
● Time: Mondays from 7:00–8:00 PM
Level: Beginner to Intermediate
(Modifications offered for various trimesters and stages of recovery)
Learning Objectives / Outcomes:
By the end of the series, participants will:
● Understand foundational concepts of core and pelvic floor function in pregnancy/postpartum.
● Develop awareness of alignment and breathing strategies that support daily movement and healing.
● Learn corrective exercises to improve strength, mobility, and posture.
● Build confidence in moving safely and functionally throughout pregnancy and into recovery.
● Gain tools for preventing and managing common dysfunctions, such as diastasis
recti, incontinence, pelvic pain, or prolapse, and maintain strength and function for a pain free pregnancy.

Founder/owner of Integrative Pelvic Health
Ashton is a pelvic floor therapist with advanced training in pelvic health for women. She is a Body Ready Method Pro, a Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist, and trained in John Barnes Myofascial Release. She is the owner of Integrative Pelvic Health, where she supports women through pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond using a holistic, movement-based approach. Ashton is passionate about helping women feel strong, connected, and confident in their bodies at every stage of life.
