About this Event

Rooted & Regulated: Adaptogens and Herbal Allies for Blood Sugar, Stress & Nervous System Balance

with Catherine Willows

Friday, October 2 | 1 – 3:30pm

Plants have long supported the body's ability to adapt, regulate, and restore balance. In this class, we'll explore how adaptogens and other plant allies can support stress resilience, nervous system regulation, and healthy blood sugar. Drawing on herbal traditions and a lifestyle medicine lens, we'll look at how the body's systems are deeply interconnected, and how the plant world offers gentle, effective, time-tested tools for supporting all of them. Expect an engaging blend of herbal science, traditional use, and practical takeaways — including aligned lifestyle practices — and the chance to meet some of these plants in person.

This program will take place outside and will follow easy trails and paved walkways. Dress for the weather and prepare to be outside for the entire program time.
