• 60-Minute Sound Healing Journey

With the use of drums, gongs, Native flutes, crystal bowls, and binaural beats, this sound healing session will promote relaxation, inspire creativity, and restore your physical vitality.

What to Bring:

• Wear loose, comfortable clothing
• Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, or anything to make yourself comfortable as you'll be lying down during the Sound Healing
