Rooted & Crowned is a hands-on art and wellness experience for anyone who loves art, misses art, or has always wanted to try it but didn’t know where to start.
In this workshop, you’ll paint and decorate a foam mannequin head using color, texture, and personal symbolism—then plant a live plant in the crown, transforming your piece into a living work of art. The process is intuitive, relaxing, and grounded in the idea that creativity grows when we give ourselves space to breathe, play, and explore.
There’s no right or wrong way to create here. No guided steps. No pressure to “get it right.” Just a welcoming space where you can slow down, get your hands messy, and let art meet you exactly where you are.
