Explore practical approaches to retain talent and foster a people-centered nonprofit culture.
About this Event

Whether your organization is navigating financial constraints or simply re-evaluating how to better support your team, retention and morale are top of mind across the nonprofit sector. This interactive workshop offers values-driven strategies to foster a strong, people-centered culture, regardless of your budget size.

Together, we’ll explore practical, equity-centered approaches to support staff well-being, strengthen organizational culture, and retain talented team members in ways that align with your mission and values.

We’ll dig into questions like:
  • How can organizational structure and practices support positive culture?
  • How can we rethink our approach to compensation and benefits to better support staff?
  • How do we ensure decision-making processes are values-aligned, equitable, and inclusive?

Whether you're experiencing financial flexibility or constraint, this session will help you identify actionable strategies to support your people, build trust, and create a culture where staff feel seen and heard. Come ready to reflect, share, and leave with new ideas tailored to your context.

Who should attend?

This workshop is for nonprofit leaders (staff and board) who shape and support organizational culture. Whether you lead human resources, oversee governance, manage people or programs, or guide your organization’s culture and people practices, this workshop is for you.
