Rooted: An Herbalism Workshop is a beginner-friendly, hands-on experience designed to introduce women to the foundations of herbalism while creating space for learning, curiosity, and community.

Together, we'll explore the benefits and traditional uses of common herbs, learn how they can support everyday wellness, and create our own custom herbal tea blend to take home.

Location: The Perch | Downtown Aurora
Date: Sunday, August 9
Time: 6:15 PM – 7:30 PM (with time to connect until 8:00 PM)

Join us for an evening of learning, connection, and creativity as we discover how herbs can become a simple and intentional part of our daily routines. As the weekend comes to a close, this workshop offers a gentle opportunity to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and reset before the start of a new week.

Taya will guide us through the foundations of herbalism, sharing their knowledge of common herbs, their traditional uses, and practical ways to begin incorporating them into everyday life.

Your ticket includes all materials needed for the workshop, including everything you'll use to create your own custom herbal tea blend.

No prior knowledge is needed. Whether you're just beginning your herbalism journey or simply looking to connect with other women while learning something new, we'd love to have you join us.

The Inner Mujer Project is founded by Reyna and Anairis, two licensed therapists who are passionate about creating non-clinical spaces where women can gather, connect, and feel supported. While their professional backgrounds inform how space is held, this event is not therapy or a clinical service. It is a community-centered social gathering.

This is a women-only event designed to foster meaningful connection and community.

Tickets are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Entry will only be permitted to ticketed guests.
