Root to Rise: Power Vinyasa at Lucky Cat Yoga with Eric Wheeler

Eric Wheeler's Root to Rise: Power Vinyasa directs the practice toward arm balances and inversions. These lessons feature challenging yet approachable vinyasa flow sequences that focus on deep breathing and core strengthening as they progress to arm balances and inversions. Yoga vinyasa/flow classes will cover basic and advanced poses as well as yoga philosophy. The class will practice arm balances and inversions by using deep breathing, core exercises, yoga drills, and other fluid sequences. In order to awaken the mind-body connection, Root to Rise combines dynamic sequences like the sun salutations, balancing postures, and other colorful postures. We provide a time for intention and a chance to set the tone for our life off the mat when we face the rising or setting light. Fliers, bring 'em! All
