Join us for Root to Radiance: A Community Garden Wellness & Cancer Prevention Event, a free community wellness experience designed to educate, empower, and connect individuals through evidence-informed health and wellness practices.
Hosted at Tampa Heights Community Garden, this interactive event will feature:
• Free cancer screenings and prevention resources
• Nutrition education and healthy lifestyle tips• Gardening education and growing demonstrations
• Mindful movement and wellness activities
• Healthy food demonstrations and tastings
• Produce, flower, and herb giveaways
• Live music by the USF Jazz Ensemble
