Wow it's been a while. I'm here in the UK for a few weeks and would love to share some of the knowledge I've been learning particularly on my visits to India.I dove into the world of Kundalini lately and oh my it's powerful stuff. Kundalini is the dormant energy that sits at the base of our spines, it's our unexpressed creativity, our untapped potential. A practice that works with the energy body through the physical body. This is much more than just a flow, it wakes up the fire within us and begins to alchemise the densities, clearing away the stagnations so our kundalini can rise upwards.
For me personally I've noticed a real shift in my patience and resilience since beginning this practice. I'm able to regulate my emotions easier and seem generally calmer.
