The New Moon is rising May 16th.
And the morning after — we gather.
Root + Re-align is a 4-hour in-person half-day for the woman who’s been pushing through, white-knuckling her to-do list, and quietly wondering: is this even what I want anymore?
This isn’t a workshop. It’s a return.
We’ll use conscious breathing and gentle intuitive movement to actually arrive — not rush past the beginning and jump straight to content. We’ll do the honest shadow work: releasing outdated beliefs, shedding identities that no longer fit, and reconnecting with who you’re becoming in this season. We’ll pull oracle cards. And we’ll close by mapping a path forward that honors your actual energy and your real life.
The timing is intentional. The Taurus New Moon Supermoon rises the evening before — one of the most grounding, clarifying lunations of the year. We’re using every bit of that energy inside this container.
