Root into Rest - Valentines Day Yin and Nidra workshop

A 2 hour 15 minute Saint Valentine's Day journey with special guest teacher Ellie Snowden:

A workshop to celebrate love as the universal consciousness that binds us all - to ourselves, to each other, and to the living world.
What does love mean to you? How do you move with love, feel with love, speak to yourself with love? How might we cultivate an understanding of love not as sentiment, but as the fundamental field of awareness from which all connection emerges.
In this practice we will begin with a gentle heart opening vinyasa style practice, giving the nervous system time to ground through movement towards more relaxing yin postures.
In Yoga Nidra we will journey inward to touch the infinite love that exists beneath our individual stories - the body sensation and state of love that holds self, other and all non-human kin.
In circle, you are invited to share and listen to each other's experiences. Creating space to voice what love is awakening in you; sensing into how this greater consciousness moves through and as us.
This is your invitation to a space for an embodied & collective remembering that we are not separate beings learning to love, but love itself learning to recognise its own face in every form.
Root into Rest is a monthly workshop at Intra- studio. A reflective pause to give you the space to explore movement, meditation and musings around themes tuned to the month and season.
