Moved the date to Aug 30! In this grounding workshop, we’ll explore the root chakra - our center of safety, stability, and belonging - through the mindful practice of foraging and nature mandala creation. Inspired by the incredible artist, James Brunt: https://www.jamesbruntartist.co.uk/
Take a slow walk through the woods, gathering leaves, petals, stones, and other natural materials. We’ll use what we collect to co-create individual or group mandalas - sacred circular art that mirrors the interconnectedness of life and helps us anchor into the present moment.
As we walk, touch, gather, and create, we’ll reconnect with Mother Gaia, balance the root chakra, and somatically ground our energy.

Event is $11. Includes drink (ceremonial grade matcha, latte, chai or the like) and a boujee snack. 😌✨🦋
The event will meet at the original post office in the Historic Village of Rockford and we will be foraging in the wooded property behind it.
