• Root chakra teachings: Understand how this energy center impacts your sense of safety, stability, and trust.
• We will also be tying in the aspects of Sacred Sex for the Month of Love, so please be aware of topics around: religious/ancestral guilt/shame/trauma/conditioning. We are only glossing over them, but it may bring up some energies for you and we want you to be prepared. Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by a parent.
• Guided meditation + Sound Bath: Drop into deep rest with the healing frequencies of crystal singing bowls and grounding instruments.
• Reiki Activation: Receive energy healing focused on clearing blocks and restoring flow in your root chakra.
• Optional journaling + reflection prompts to help integrate your experience.
