All bodies welcome, no experience needed.

The senses will ignite upon arrival hearing the healing frequencies of the chakra-tuned quartz singing bowls. The body will settle into the sound, as we shift to gentle movement that is beneficial for all bodies. We will then invite mindfulness into the pallet with light healthy organic vegan gluten free snacks. Enjoy guided meditation, and relaxation practices you can take home with you. Leave with heightened feelings of community-connection, self-love, and an inner fire to continue along your wellness journey.

& Tuning Fork Attunement

4:30 Closing Meditation with Sound bath

WHAT TO BRING (optional)

• wear dark & red athleisure attire
• journal, yoga mat, water bottle

HOW TO PREP (suggested/optional)

• Hydrate early before, maybe cut back a couple hours before the event to not disrupt your experience
• We encourage healthy food choices the night before and the day of the event.
• Please be comfortably full to have maximum comfort for the event.
